Parkinson's Disease May Be Related to Pesticide Exposure
A recent study published in the Archives of Neurology suggests a link between exposure to pesticides and the development of Parkinson's disease - link. The study looked at exposure to 8 different chemicals -- those with exposure to these 8 pesticides showed double the risk of developing Parkinson's disease compared to those with no exposure. This is not surprising since many pesticides work by being neurological poisons.
